By adding the Nurmonic AI Discord Bot to your server, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service (TOS) agreement. The TOS may be updated periodically, and continued use of the bot implies acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of Nurmonic Bot

1. Reselling Premium Codes: Users are prohibited from reselling premium servers for Nurmonic Bot.
2. Intentional Misuse: Users must not engage in intentional command spam or attempts to crash the bot.
3. Usage in Spam Servers: Nurmonic Bot should not be used in servers that engage in bot spam or command spam.
4. Rights of Prohibition: The Nurmonic Team reserves the right to prohibit any server or user from using Nurmonic Bot if they violate the terms of service.
5. Client Responsibility: Users are responsible for any violations caused by their actions.
6. Updates to Terms: The Nurmonic Team reserves the right to update the terms of service with prior notice through the support server.

3. Termination of Service

The Nurmonic Team reserves the right to terminate services for any user or server found to be in violation of these terms of service.

By using Nurmonic Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of services.
