Privacy Policy - Nurmonic Bot

1. Data Collection

The use of Nurmonic Bot ("Bot") involves the collection of specific user data ("Data"). This Data includes information submitted on the website or through commands such as "traindata" for AI training. Additionally, the last 15 messages are stored temporarily to provide context to the AI. If these messages remain unchanged for more than 20 days, they will be deleted from the database to free up space.

2. Access to Data

Access to Data is restricted to the developers of Nurmonic Bot, specifically @badbackend. Access is granted only for the purposes of development, testing, and implementing features for the Bot. The collected Data is not sold, shared, or provided to any third party, except as required by law or in adherence to a Terms of Service agreement.

3. Storage of Data

Data is stored in a secured database, with measures in place to prevent external access. While efforts are made to secure the data, the Bot owners assume no liability for unintentional or malicious breaches. In the event of unauthorized Data access, affected users will be notified through the Discord client application.

4. User Rights

Users have the right to request to view the Data related to their Discord account at any time. Requests can be submitted through the Discord Server. Users also have the right to request the removal of relevant Data.

5. Underage Users

The use of Nurmonic Bot is not permitted for individuals under the age of 13 or under the age of legal consent in their country, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. No information will be knowingly stored from an underage user. If an underage user is identified, necessary actions will be taken to delete the stored data.
